During our time in Congo in September 2024, we held an outreach for 70 rebels.  By the end of the outreach 63 publicly came forward to give their lives the Christ.  This is the testimony one of them gave after coming forward.

I didn’t realize that I could spend two days without alcohol. Before I came I continually felt like I had to drink.  But even now, I have no desire to drink.  When I was arriving at this church today, God showed me in the bible, in Romans chapter 6:11 where it says, “You must consider yourself dead to sin, and alive to God in Christ Jesus.”  God has changed my story.  You drunkards, I told you, I am not coming back.
