Burundi Crusades 2024

Our recent mission to Burundi was nothing short of miraculous. We held three 3-day crusades across different villages, where countless lives were transformed by the power of the gospel. In each village, we witnessed a deep hunger for God and saw His Spirit move mightily as many people committed their lives to Christ.

One of these crusades took place in a predominantly Muslim village, an area where the gospel has traditionally faced resistance. Yet, God broke down barriers, and many villagers opened their hearts to receive the truth of Jesus Christ. It was an incredible sight to behold – watching people from this community respond in faith, stepping forward to embrace the life-changing hope that only Christ can bring.

As new believers poured in, we were blessed with the opportunity to baptize those who had committed their lives to Jesus. Witnessing these baptisms was profoundly moving, as each individual publicly declared their newfound faith and began a journey of transformation.

We didn’t come empty-handed. Along with spiritual nourishment, we provided physical blessings to the community. We distributed Bibles, ensuring that these new believers had the Word of God to guide them on their path. And for the impoverished children, we gave out new dresses and shorts, bringing smiles to little faces that rarely receive such gifts.

Our time there was filled with powerful testimonies of healing, deliverance, and freedom. Many villagers shared how God had touched them during the crusades, and we saw people set free from long-standing spiritual and physical afflictions. Jesus was glorified, and His name was lifted high as people experienced firsthand the healing and deliverance only He can provide.

These crusades were a testament to God’s heart for even the most remote villages and His power to bring light to the darkest places. We are filled with gratitude for His faithfulness and the privilege to witness so many lives transformed. The seeds planted in Burundi will continue to grow, and we pray that God’s love will flourish in these communities.
